FAQ

1. Can I order by phone?

We prefer that you order online. If you are having difficulty ordering online, please call 1-800-392-1066, ask for Sue, during the hours of 8AM and 2 PM EST.

2. How long for delivery?

Production time is 3 weeks. Shipping and delivery time will vary  with the
program.

3. Why isn’t delivery quicker?
We produce merchandise based on the orders and we must group orders
together for maximum efficiency.

4. Will I receive an e-mail confirmation number?
Yes, after the order is completed you will receive an e-mail
from College Lane with the confirmation number for individual orders being shipped. Bulk orders will only have the order number, as the order will be delivered in bulk.

5. What is the deadline for ordering?

In some instances we have an ordering deadline. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY THESE DATES. No Exceptions. Check the website for your program, ordering information and delivery dates will be posted.

6. Can I return items?
Yes, if they are damaged. We will send a UPS call tag to your home.
We will not replace custom orders for incorrect sizing, please see the size chart provided. For all hooded sweatshirts please order the next size larger.

7. What if our credit card doesn’t go through?
Try a second time as an error in the entry of the number may have caused and error.If it still does not go through check with your bank/credit card company regarding your credit limit.
