Only incorrect (College Lane shipped or provided the wrong merchandise or size) orders and damaged items are returnable.
Call College Lane at 1-800-392-1066 within one week of receiving merchandise and ask for Karen. She will have a UPS call tag sent to you. A UPS driver will attach to your package and return it to us. We will replace the merchandise or give you credit on your card.
