Q: What is your standard turnaround time? Do you offer rush service?
A: We prefer seven days to turn around orders but can often accommodate rush orders.

Q: What are the factors that affect pricing?
A: Number of colors (screen printing), number of garments and number of stitches (embroidery)

Q: What kind of artwork do you accept?
A: JPEGs for embroidery and EPSs for screen printing.

Q: What kind of brands do you offer?
A: We offer most name brands. Please check with our customer service reps for all of your options.

Q: What is your minimum quantity needed to place an order?
A: Two dozen of any item.

Q: How much does a website cost?
A: Nothing. It is free. And we have a custom website program to match your needs.

Q: What if I have other items (that you didn’t provide) to sell on the website?
A: No problem. We will sell and ship any of your items for a small fee.

Q: Do I need to carry inventory to have an e-commerce website?
A: No, we can do an electronic order form that gives a deadline. All orders will be processed and shipped after the deadline for ordering.

Q: Can I create an online store?
A: Yes, we can create a store at no charge and with minimal inventory. Your customers, students or employees can buy anywhere at any time.
